Justin has spent the last 25 years making breathwork, chanting, meditation and energy healing an integral part of his life. A lot of people seek ways to lessen their anxiety but have bypassed the basics - breathing.
Take a moment now and asses your own breathing. Is it shallow and originating from your chest or deep and arising from the abdomen? Are your shoulders raised or set down, relaxed.
Justin will help you find simple and effective ways to sit in the peace of your everyday breath so that you can use it no matter where you are.

Energy Healing
Energy healing (or pranic healing), uses the life energy called prana in creating health and a sense of well being in a person.
Pranic Healing follows two simple principles. One is that the physical body can heal itself, and the other is that adding a catalyst into the session can speed up the healing process. That catalyst is called prana. -
