Energy Healing uses the life energy called prana in creating health and a sense of well being in a person. It is based on the fundamental principle that the human body has the innate ability of healing itself. Generally speaking, it works by correcting and clearing pranic or energy blockages or imbalances. Energy that is depleted, congested, or diseases are removed to make room for fresh and new energy.
During a healing session, Justin cleanses the client's aura first. Using broad, circular hand movements, the negative energy is processed and released. Once the aura has been cleansed, the energising process follows wherein the healer transfers new energy to the client.
Energy healing can also be performed from a distance. Long distance healing is based on the connectedness of people with each other through the energy field of the earth.
Additionally, the energy follows wherever the thoughts are directed. By practicing pranic healing techniques combined with focusing upon a loved one, healing can be triggered from afar.Energy Healing is used to complement conventional medicine, and not replace it.

A wellness coach is a fantastic long-term resource for dealing with stress and anxiety disorder in individuals. Justin's approach to wellness is through the use of yogic techniques which include, breath work, chanting, meditation and energy healing.
Alongside this Justin will suggest techniques, tools, and strategies that can help one ease anxiety. He works very closely with you to identify what’s causing your anxiety in the first place and deals with it holistically.
This is a one-on-one service than can be organised face to face or via online sessions. -

Breath work is the practice of intentional breathing through various practices in a very systematic way. Chanting works by helping to still the mind and focus the attention on the present moment. When we chant, we create vibrations in our bodies that help to shift our energy and state of mind. We can use breath work to benefit your wellbeing for a variety of different reasons like relaxation, working through our stress and trauma, improving creativity and promoting better sleep.
Chanting is an ancient practice with a wide range of benefits. Chanting works by helping to still the mind and focus the attention on the present moment. When we chant, we create vibrations in our bodies that help to shift our energy and state of mind. It is a repetitive vocalization of sounds or words, often using a mantra, to create stillness and peace of mind.
Meditation is well known as a technique to reduce stress and anxiety, it may also help enhance your mood, promote healthy sleep patterns, and boost cognitive skills
It can be used to increase awareness of yourself and your surroundings.
All practices are beginner-friendly, no prior experience required.
